Go Share the Lord!

You will find simplicity in our worship.  We want to be a people who express our love to God with heartfelt passion and praise. We believe worship is a heart issue and should, therefore, be more than a tradition or ritual. It is our desire to exalt and glorify God in all that we do when we come together as a family of God.

Our services include:

  • Singing of praises and spiritual songs a capella – that is, without the accompaniment of musical instruments (Col. 3:16, 17; Eph. 5:19).
  • Prayer as a body (Eph. 5:18b; 1 Thess. 5:16-17).
  • Reading of a portion of the Word of God to the whole body (1 Tim. 4:13;  2 Tim. 3:16).
  • Celebration of the Lord’s Supper (communion) every Sunday. We see this memorial as an integral part of the early Christian’s gatherings as Jesus instructed (Luke 22:19-23; Acts 20:7; I Cor. 11:23-28).
  • Cheerfully worshiping God with our tithes and offerings. (Mal.3:10) (II Cor. 9:6, 7).
  • Preaching from the Word to instruct and encourage. (1 Tim. 3:16, 17).

Our services sometimes include additional worshipful elements such as:

  • Dramatic readings
  • Illustrated sermons
  • Film clips
  • Dramatizations of Bible lessons

We believe that the Body of Christ is made up of many members, each having various gifts or talents (1 Cor. 12). We seek to use the abilities God has given us to praise and worship Him as one body.
